Elle is the behind-the-scenes magic that keeps Iconic running smoothly. She's our coding queen, head of marketing, and team leader — the one managing Cait, the clients, and all the moving parts of the business. Alongside Sav, she's one half of our client liaison team, so you'll always have a friendly face ready to answer your questions. Without her, things would fall apart spectacularly.
Her love for the hair industry started young, kicking off with a school-based apprenticeship at just 14. She went on to spend 15 years as Manager and Director Stylist at one of Brisbane's leading salons before hanging up the scissors and going all-in with Iconic.
Outside of Iconic, Elle is a mum to Opal and Baya, and founder of Divine Revival, a breathwork-based community support business. She brings that same grounded, heart-centred energy to everything she does here, but don't let that fool you — as woo-woo as she is, she gets shit done!
