Iconic Coaching is a business coaching and mentoring company for salon, clinic, and barbering owners across Australia and internationally. Founded by Cait Muir in 2017, we help hair and beauty business owners stop overworking, fix their pricing, sort their systems, and build businesses that pay them properly. We offer 1:1 coaching memberships, programs for solo operators, online short courses, in-salon education days, and live events.

Cait is the founder and lead coach at Iconic Coaching. She bought her first salon at 19, scaled it to $3.9 million in revenue while completely off the floor, and went on to buy, sell, and scale four businesses across the hair and beauty industry over 16 years. She's a keynote speaker at the Hair Festival, a judge for the Australian Hairdressing Industry Awards, the 2024 NAF Awards Coach of the Year, and the host of the “Tell Me About It” podcast, which ranks in the top 40 in Australia.

Cait is based on the Sunshine Coast, Queensland, with team members across Australia and New Zealand. All coaching and mentoring is delivered virtually, so we work with clients anywhere in Australia and internationally.

Prodigy starts from $349 per week, and Indi starts from $249 per week. One Night Stand single sessions are $599, and No Strings Attached packages range from $1,499 to $4,999.
