Iconic doesn't function without her. Neither does Cait.
Loz is the mega-babe-lord, methodical, no-nonsense, get-shit-done force behind everything operational at Iconic. If it involves money, orders, events, or keeping Cait organised, Loz is across it.
She's been with Cait since 2018, starting as Coordinator at her salon before quickly moving into management. From there she took over all payments, accounts, and back-end operations while simultaneously co-managing Cait's barbershop remotely. The woman doesn't do things by halves.
These days, Loz handles everything financial at Iconic, manages all online orders and physically packs and sends every single one (plus leaves a cute note inside!), and runs the logistics for all events and retreats. She's the one making sure things actually happen when they're supposed to happen.
Outside of Iconic, Loz owns and runs her own thriving home hair studio, Gigi'z Hair Studio, and is a mum of three. How she does it all remains a mystery to the rest of us. She works hard behind the scenes, but you won't see much of her outside payments and events.
