The Download

You've had the idea for two years. You've got three days.

THE DOWNLOAD is three full days in Mooloolaba where I hand over everything — and I mean everything — I've learned building Iconic Coaching into a business that's put 7,200+ owners through its programs and generates seven figures annually, all while my team and I work remotely from our homes. Then I make you build yours. In the room. In front of everyone. Any industry, any experience level, no hiding.

Fri 20 – Mon 23 November 2026 Sea Pearl, Mooloolaba QLD All meals included Strictly limited Early bird ends 15 Aug

Sound familiar?

You know you're sitting on something. You just keep not building it.

  1. You've got a course, a book, a program, a membership — whatever it is — living in your notes app, a half-finished Canva doc and about forty voice memos to yourself. Maybe even a few weird videos?
  2. People ask you how you do what you do, constantly, and you answer for free, constantly.
  3. You've watched people who know less than you sell it better than you, and it makes you want to throw your phone in the ocean.
  4. You've bought the $47 masterclass. Twice. You watched forty minutes of it and took nothing away.
  5. You don't know what to sell first, what to charge, or whether anyone would actually pay for it.
  6. Every time you sit down to do it, something "urgent" comes up. Funny how that works.
  7. And somewhere underneath all of it: who am I to teach this, and why would they pick me?

That last one's the actual problem. The rest is just logistics. And logistics I can fix in a weekend.

Here's what this actually is

This isn't a retreat.
Nobody's journalling on a beach.

I've spent ten years building an education business from scratch. Not theory — the actual thing. Building the funnels, filming the lessons, writing the terms and conditions, picking the platform, blowing money on the wrong software, working out what people will and won't pay for, and eventually putting 7,200+ business owners through it.

I'm going to sit in a room with a very small group of people for three days and hand the entire thing over. Every framework, every prompt, every template, every mistake, every number. Then I'm going to make you actually build it while I'm standing right there.

You will be coached live, in front of everyone. Your idea will get pulled apart on the whiteboard. You will not be allowed to say "I'll do that bit when I get home," because we both know you fkn won't, sis.

You will walk out with a positioned brand, a mapped offer ladder, a lead magnet that exists, a funnel that's built, and a plan you can't un-see.

Three days. No avoidance. No "not doing the hard thing." No "later." And tbh, no safe words either — you're all in.

Read this bit

This is not a hair thing.

Let me be very clear, because Iconic is known for salons and this is not that.

THE DOWNLOAD is for anyone, in any industry, who wants to package what they know and sell it. Coaching, mentoring, teaching, training, tradies, health, fitness, art, consulting, even podcasters — doesn't matter.

If people pay you for what's in your head, or they should, you're in the right room. The mechanics of building an education business are the same whether you're teaching balayage, business or fitness. The only thing that changes is who you're talking to, and we'll nail that on day one.

The mix is deliberate, too. A room full of people from the same industry gives you competitors. A room full of people from different industries gives you perspective, referrals and about nine business ideas you hadn't thought of.

Already locked in:

A trades administrator A diet specialist & body builder A psychologist moving into wellness A handful from my crazy hair & beauty world
What we actually cover

Eight topics. Choose your own adventure.

I've got a topic for every one of these and we go where the room needs to go — but you're getting the material either way, in print and digitally. Here's the full scope.

01

Who the f*ck are you

The bit everyone skips and then wonders why nothing sells.
  • Why you, over everyone else already doing this
  • Your ideal client, properly — not "women aged 25–45"
  • Where your brand sits in the market, and where the gap is
  • Personal brand vs business brand — sisters, not twins
02

The idea, pulled apart in public

Live coaching in front of the room. Confronting? Yes. Necessary? Absolutely.
  • Everything in your head, on the wall
  • Killing the ideas that won't sell before you waste six months on them
  • Picking the ONE thing you build first
03

The offer ladder

How the money actually stacks.
  • From free capture all the way up to signature program
  • Your day-one lead magnet — we build it, you leave with it
  • Pricing the whole ladder so it works as a ladder
  • What an education business actually looks like on a spreadsheet
04

Build it in the room

Bring the laptop. This is a working session, not a slideshow.
  • Platform setup and structure, start to finish
  • Building your website with AI, fast
  • Filming, design and recording — what "good enough" actually is
  • Content planning you'll still be using in twelve months
05

The machine

The stuff that sells while you're asleep.
  • Funnels — mapped, built, tested
  • Lead capture that doesn't leak
  • Automation — what's worth paying for and what isn't
  • Email, domains and the boring bits that decide everything
06

AI, properly

Not "write me a caption." The way I actually use it to run a business.
  • Giving it enough context that it stops sounding like AI
  • Building your brand brain once so everything after it is fast
  • My full prompt library, yours to run live in the room
07

The boring sh*t that will save your arse

Nobody puts this on a sales page. That's exactly why people get burnt.
  • Registrations, GST and the admin nobody explains
  • Getting your books set up so tax time isn't a personality crisis
  • The terms, policies and contracts you actually need
  • And what happens when you don't have them
08

Marketing + mouthpiece

Getting known for it.
  • Content that sounds like you, including the spicy stuff
  • Podcasting — whether to, how to, and whether it's worth it
  • Brand partnerships and affiliate income done with a spine
  • Reputation that doesn't depend on the algorithm having a good day

That's the scope, not the syllabus — the detail lands in the room, and in the workbooks you take home.

How the three days run

Friday in. Monday out. Everything changes in between.

Friday 20 November

Arrive

Get yourself to Mooloolaba, check into your accommodation, meet the room. Nothing formal, but be here Friday — we start early Saturday, and I mean EARLY, and you don't want to be driving up with a coffee in your hand while everyone else is already dumping their ideas on the wall.

Saturday 21 November

Day One

Who the f*ck are you. Positioning, ideal client, market gap, brand and persona. Then the ideas dump — live coaching, everything on the wall, and we start cutting. You'll finish the day knowing exactly what you're building and who for.

Sunday 22 November

Day Two

Build day. Offer ladder, lead magnet, funnels, website, automation, AI. Laptops open. This is the day people go quiet because they're actually building.

Monday 23 November

Day Three

Making it real and making it last. Content and marketing systems, filming and recording, the legal and financial foundations, pricing, launch plan. You leave with a plan you can execute on Tuesday — well, the few bits you haven't already done with me in person anyway.

Monday night

The last supper

You're welcome to check out Monday, but I'd stay. The last night is always something special, booked and planned by yours truly — and we all know this girl ain't dining cheap.

Where it happens

The penthouse at Sea Pearl.

Not a hotel function room with a flip chart and a jug of warm water. An actual penthouse on the Mooloolaba waterfront, ocean on three sides, with enough room for all of us to spread out and get to work.

There’s a long table for when we all need to be in one place, breakout spaces for when you need to go away and build something on your own, and a kitchen that’s going to be feeding you three times a day.

Fair warning: there is nowhere to hide in a venue this size.

I will be all over you for three days. In your notes, in your numbers, asking why that price, asking why you haven’t hit publish yet. That’s not me being intense for the sake of it — it’s the entire reason you’ll leave with the thing actually built instead of another list of things to do when you get home.

Smothering, but make it accountability.

What's included

Everything below, in the price.

  • Three full days of live, in-person work with Cait Muir — not a rotating panel, not a guest speaker roster. Me.
  • Live 1:1 coaching in front of the room — your business, pulled apart and rebuilt
  • Breakfast, lunch and dinner every day
  • A printed workbook for everything we cover (hint — there will be more than one)
  • My complete AI prompt library, digitally, to copy and use live
  • Templates, frameworks and swipe files for everything we build
  • Your lead magnet, built and finished before you leave
  • A room of people from every industry building the same thing you are — because we're all "same same but different," yeah?
  • Ongoing access to the Iconic Creators group after the event
What's not

Sorting these is on you.

  • Accommodation. You book your own — see below.
  • Flights and transfers.
  • Any software you decide to buy (although we have a couple of codes *wink*)
  • Anyone doing the work for you. No extra unpaid people.

This is for you if

You're ready to work.

  • You know something worth teaching and you're sick of giving it away in DMs
  • You want a second income stream that isn't you trading more hours
  • You've already got a course or program and it's underperforming, badly positioned, or you hate it
  • You're in ANY industry — this genuinely does not matter
  • You can be told your idea needs work without falling apart about it
  • You'll actually open the laptop and build the thing in the room
This is not for you if

Be honest with yourself here.

  • You want to watch, take notes, and "implement it later"
  • You want someone to build it for you
  • You need three days of validation rather than three days of work
  • You're not willing to be coached in front of other people
  • You want a beach retreat. There is a beach. You will see it from the windows.
Who's running it

Cait Muir

I bought my first salon at 19 and nearly went bankrupt by 24. I scaled that same business to $3.9 million in revenue and $391K profit while completely off the floor, then bought, sold and scaled four businesses across sixteen years, and sold my flagship salon for $592,000.

Then I started Iconic Coaching in 2017 and built an entirely different kind of business — an education business. Courses, programs, memberships, books, funnels, platforms, the lot. 7,200+ business owners have come through it. I'm an award-winning coach, keynote speaker, industry award judge and host of the Tell Me About It podcast, generating over a million in revenue from the spare lounge room in my house.

I built the whole thing without a template, without a tech team, and while making every expensive mistake available to me. THE DOWNLOAD is me handing you the shortcut I never got.

Everything I teach, I've done. Everything I warn you about, I've f*cked up first.

Questions

Ask away.

I'm not in hair or beauty. Am I actually welcome?

Yes. Genuinely. We genuinely want (and already have) people from all worlds. This is built for any industry and the mixed room is the point.

I don't have an idea yet. Should I come?

If you have expertise and no idea what to do with it, day one is literally designed for you. If you have neither expertise nor a business, this is too early.

I already have a course that isn't selling.

Then you're the easiest person in the room to help. We'll pull it apart and work out whether it's the offer, the positioning, the price or the funnel. It's usually the positioning.

Do I need education software?

No, but we build in it and it's what I use and recommend. If you're on something else you'll still get everything — the strategy is platform-agnostic, the build session just won't be click-for-click.

Do I need to be good with tech?

No. You need to be willing to open the laptop and do.

Where do I stay?

We recommend the Avani. Anywhere on the Mooloolaba waterfront works though — it's all walking distance to Sea Pearl and right on the doorstep of the event. And we're working on getting some discount codes for you guys, hopefully!

Can I bring my business partner?

Yes, but they need their own ticket. Every seat is a working seat.

Where exactly is it?

Sea Pearl, Mooloolaba. It's locked in. You'll get the full address, parking and arrival details with your confirmation.

Can I get a refund?

Tickets are non-refundable but transferable to another person up to 30 days before the event, with written approval from Iconic Coaching. If you're on a payment plan, the plan continues regardless. Full terms in your booking confirmation. We have travel insurers and business brokers we can recommend, but rest assured — rain, hail or shine, and even if I'm on my death bed, this event is happening.

Last thing

You've read this far, which means you've already got the idea.

You've had it for a while. You've just never had three days, a room, and someone who's already built the thing standing over your shoulder refusing to let you leave it for later.

That's all this is. Come and build it.
